Sarah Findlay, MACP Sarah is a Counselling Therapist. She has completed her Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Sarah also practices the interventions of EFIT (Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy). The focus of which is to understand interpersonal relationships and their connection to our foundational relationships. The EFIT process uncovers how an individual’s mental and emotional challenges are reflected in their interpersonal relationships. The goal of EFT is knowing our emotions and their meaning which improves emotional regulation, confidence and sense of security.

Sarah and her clients address the individual’s primal survival strategies and she accompanies them through their vulnerabilities and trigger points to a safe haven of confidence and emotional strength.

Sarah is certified by IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists) which aims to integrate yoga and Ayurveda into modern healthcare practices.
