Online Counselling therapy is a collaborative effort between the counsellor and client.
The sessions are conducted on a virtual platform. The telehealth feature is best experienced using Chrome or Firefox web browser. If you are using an IOS device ( Iphone or Ipad) you will need the Jane Online Appointments (link) app to book your session. You would require a stable internet connection of 15 Mbps or higher which you can check here Fast.com.
Sarah helps you identify your goals and potential solutions to problems which cause you emotional distress. She helps you cope with situations, improve your communication skills and increase your self worth.

Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy offers a holistic approach to healing by combining breathing exercises with physical postures and mindfulness techniques. Its benefits are numerous — alleviate stress, manage anxiety, encourage emotional insight, or restore physical strength.
No prior experience is necessary and people of all fitness levels are welcome.
During your yoga therapy session, you and Sarah will collaborate to co-create a plan that reflects your personal goals. Drawing from this evaluation, her formal medical background, and her comprehensive holistic training, Sarah will then customize a 75-minute session, or series, that meets your unique requirements.
